DISPATCH
Your TOJHÀ order will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 3pm AEST.
Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Orders will only be dispatched Monday – Friday, and orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday in the state of Victoria, will be dispatched the next business day.
All domestic orders are delivered through Australia Post (unless specified otherwise), these parcels are shipped (ATL) Authority to Leave. You are welcome to request to sign for your parcel at delivery, extra charges will apply. Otherwise your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office. With ATL, Australia Post will determine there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address - Australia Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.
If the receiver gives the courier an Authority to Leave release, after requesting Signature on Delivery TOJHA is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing or is stolen. Should your parcel become lost in transit, or you believe it is mis-delivered please contact customer care immediately, however TOJHA will not be able to refund or resend the parcel in this instance.
DELIVERY TIME
Express Shipping within AUS is a Next Day delivery service.*
Australian Metro and major regional areas can expect next business day delivery.
For regional locations please allow an additional business day.

REFUSED/MISSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse or miss a shipment from TOJHÀ you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to TOJHÀ. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise before refunding the order total.
TRACKING YOU ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, a pick-up card should be left and your parcel will be waiting for you at your local post office.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
Address confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If the error is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately, and we will endeavor to have your address amended prior to dispatch.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
TOJHÀ offers both credit card payment processed via Shopify, and alternatively offers ShopPay, ApplePay and Afterpay as an installment payment option, in AUD Currency.
